The 104 Phase 1 is the first half of a 2 year training program. This phase focuses on introducing dynamic visual skills and perceptual cognitive skills using multiple technologies. The goal of phase 1 is to develop smart training habits, educate the athlete on how dynamic visual skills and perceptual cognitive skills impact performance as well as identify any challenges or deficiencies the athlete might have. The 104 Phase 2 is the 2nd half of a 2 year training program and requires athletes to have completed Phase 1 prior to beginning Phase 2. This phase is designed to build on the knowledge and skills developed in Phase 1. Phase 2 ramps it up a notch requiring the athlete to train more frequently and in more complex combinations which will prepare them for our adult program "The 52."
